LOS ANGELES — Rise Law Firm’s case on behalf of Parker Goldsmith, a transgender editor who worked on DreamWorks Animation’s The Bad Guys 2, against DreamWorks Animation and NBCUniversal was covered by The Advocate in the article entitled “Trans editor sues DreamWorks over harassment on ‘Bad Guys 2,’” which was republished by Yahoo Entertainment, and by Law360 in the article entitled “DreamWorks, NBCUniversal Hit With Bias Suit By Trans Editor.” The lawsuit, filed on March 10, 2026 in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Goldsmith was subjected to harassment by a supervisor based on gender identity and was retaliated against after reporting the conduct to human resources.
